Privacy policy

01Who is responsible

333 Ventures OÜ, Harju maakond, Rae vald, Peetri alevik, Kopli tee 3/1-2, 75312, is the data controller for personal data processed through https://makeitplayable.com. Write to hello@makeitplayable.com with any privacy question or request.

02What we collect

We keep the data needed to run an account and produce your ads:

• Account data: email address, name if you give one, and sign-in method.
• Brand material you submit: the website links you analyse and any logos, images or notes you upload.
• Studio content: briefs, prompts, chat revisions, generated builds and QA reports.
• Billing data: plan, credit balance, invoices and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never reach our servers.
• Network connection credentials, encrypted at rest and only readable by the server.
• Campaign delivery data: impressions and clicks recorded by hosted ad links, plus performance figures you import.
• Product usage events: pages viewed, builds started, checkouts opened, kept to understand and repair the signup flow.
• Support messages you send us.

03Why we may use it

To provide the studio and produce your ads (performance of a contract). To bill you and meet accounting obligations (legal obligation). To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and improve it (legitimate interests). To send product and marketing email where you have opted in (consent), which you can withdraw at any time.

To contact businesses about Make It Playable (legitimate interests): we may email a company at the addresses it publishes on its own website. Every such email says who we are and has a one-click unsubscribe, after which we never write to that company again.

04Who processes data on our behalf

We use a small set of processors, each bound by a data processing agreement:

• Hosting, database, authentication and file storage for the studio.
• AI model providers, used to analyse a brand link and generate ad code. Your material is sent for that purpose only and is not used to train their public models.
• A payment processor for subscriptions, invoices and tax handling.
• An email provider for account, receipt and product email.
• Ad networks you explicitly connect, which receive only what is needed to upload a creative and read its numbers back.

05International transfers

Some processors operate outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens the transfer relies on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

06How long we keep it

Account, project and build data is kept while your account is open and for 90 days after closure, so an accidental deletion can be reversed by signing back in. Invoices are kept for seven years to meet accounting law. Support messages are kept for two years. Usage events are kept for 24 months.

07Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, or receive it in a portable format. You can delete your account yourself on the Account page in the studio. For anything else, write to hello@makeitplayable.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your national data protection authority.

08Cookies

We set a cookie to keep you signed in and count a small number of first-party analytics events to measure the signup flow. Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion measurement and the AppLovin advertising pixel run only if you accept them in the cookie banner. See the cookie notice for detail and to change your choice.

09Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Network credentials are encrypted with a separate server-only key. Access to production data is limited to the people who need it.

10Children

The studio is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11Changes

We will post any change here and, when it matters, tell you by email before it takes effect.
